Scientology Marks a Decade at Its Budapest Ideal Org

Nearly 500 Scientologists gathered in Budapest to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology’s Ideal Org on Váci Road.

Dedicated in July 2016, the six-storey religious centre has become a centre for worship, education and community activities. The anniversary brought together a religious service, live music, a photographic and eu news this week video retrospective and a review of past achievements and future activities.

Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted community programmes ranging from drug prevention and human-rights education to humanitarian and interfaith initiatives. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
